| Effective
June 16, 2008 this plan will be suspended. The last distribution
reinvestment will occur on June 13, 2008.
Participants
will receive additional Trust Units equal to 5% of their cash
distributions as applicable based on the 10-day weighted-average
trading price (Investment Price) or the average market price
(Market Purchase Price) for which Trust Units are acquired
through the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The Investment Price is calculated by averaging the dollar
trading value of the Trust Units for the 10 days preceding
the Distribution Payment Date and dividing that amount by
the average of the number of Trust Units traded on the stock
exchange during the same period.
The Market Purchase Price is based on the average price for
which Trust Units are acquired through the Toronto Stock Exchange
beginning on the Distribution Payment Date.
