  Lorenzo Donadeo, P.Eng.

Experience: More than 25 years experience in the oil and gas business, including gas marketing, mergers and acquisitions, production, exploitation and field operations in western Canada and internationally. Was one of three co-founders of Vermilion Resources (1994), which has grown into a $2.3 billion enterprise. Lorenzo served as the Chief Operating Officer of Vermilion when the company made its initial international forays into France (1996) and Trinidad (1999) and became President and CEO of Vermilion in 2003. Experience: More than 26 years of industry experience. John is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in international business development, A&D and JV negotiations. Most recently with Harrison Lovegrove, John advised clients on upstream A&D opportunities in North and South America and Asia. Prior to that, John spent 24 years with ConocoPhillips responsible for international business development and JV negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions, farmins and farmouts, financial management and control, joint venture management, strategy and portfolio management & investment appraisal.

  Curtis W. Hicks, C.A.

Experience: More than 24 years of industry experience, primarily in the financial area of oil and gas operations, as well as property and corporate acquisitions. VP Finance & CFO with ELAN Energy Inc. from 1983 to 1997 when ELAN was sold for more than $700 million. Chief Executive Officer of Caravan Oil & Gas Ltd from 1998 to 2000 when Caravan was sold for $40 million. From 2000 to 2003, Curtis was the VP Finance & CFO with NAL Oil & Gas Trust.

Experience: Experience: More than 20 years of industry experience, Bob is a Professional Engineer with a strong background in drilling, production and exploitation from ChevronTexaco. Worked in the drilling and completions department in Canada and the United States for 7 years, involved in both onshore and offshore drilling and completions engineering and operations. Production engineering experience for a large water/miscible flood field before moving into exploitation and asset management. Spent 4 years as General Manager of Production and Operations for ChevronTexaco's Western Canada producing properties with responsibility for production, exploitation, operations and HS&E.

  Keith D. Hartman, P.Eng.

Experience: More than 18 years of oil and gas experience with strong background in operations, production optimization, exploitation, facilities operation and project management with ChevronTexaco. Moved to Indonesia in 1997, responsible for expansion project in the Duri Steamflood in Sumatra. Returned to Canada in 2001 to work on ChevronTexaco's Western Canada producing properties where he became Manager of Production Optimization, responsible for production optimization, capital allocation, business planning, project management, expense budgeting and resource management.
Education: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan.
  Raj C. Patel, P. Eng.

Experience: More than 25 years of oil and gas industry experience, mostly in natural gas marketing, domestic and international crude oil marketing and commodity price risk management. Held senior marketing positions in Calgary with two large E & P companies. Established a consulting company providing oil and gas marketing services to various small- and mid-cap companies where he marketed approximately 120 mmcf/d of natural gas and 22,000 bbls/d of crude oil and liquids.

  Paul L. Beique
Director Investor Relations
 
 
Experience: Several years as a production engineer with Gulf Oil Exploration and Production Company and Chevron USA Inc. before moving to Canada in 1986. Investment analyst for a variety of investment companies in Montreal and Calgary for more than 15 years. Extensive knowledge of the energy industry, capital markets and the North American investment community.

  Daniel Goulet, P.Eng.
Director Production and Operations
 
 
Experience: Brings 20 years of domestic and international experience in oil and gas in Canada, Gabon and France. He held senior positions in reservoir, production and operations engineering at PanCanadian Petroleum Limited and was in-country Operations Manager in Gabon for PanAfrican Energy. Daniel has been with Vermilion’s French organization for 7 years and held the Operations and Engineering Manager position prior to becoming in-country Managing Director. Effective March 1, 2008, Daniel returns to Canada and will hold the position of Director Production and Operations.

  Cheryl M. Kinzie

Experience: More than 20 years of industry experience as a generalist including acquisitions and divestitures, international operations, compensation, recruitment, policy development, strategy, corporate insurance and corporate affairs. Previously worked for Inverness Petroleum Ltd. as Vice-President, Administration and Corporate Secretary and was President of a human resources consulting practice.

Experience: Brings 27 years of industry experience with a strong background in drilling, completions, production engineering and construction. Previously Peter was Vice President Operations / Engineering and COO of Grad and Walker Energy Corporation followed by President of Netherfield Energy Corporation, an Alberta based public company with operations in Argentina. Peter has helped found four private and public companies in the last six years including Resolution Resources, EMBO Petroleum, Newheart Oil & Gas and Breakside Energy.

Experience: Scott is a Professional Engineer with 30 years of broad experience in facilities, completions, exploitation and production in both large integrated and small producing companies in Western Canada. He has gained international experience in France and the Netherlands since joining Vermilion in 2003. Scott has served as production manager for Vermilion in Canada since 2006 with responsibility for production, exploitation, operations and HS&E.

Experience: Brings 30 years industry experience in offshore and onshore Australian and New Zealand producing basins primarily in Technical and Operational/Asset Management roles. Bruce has spent the last ten years as Operations Manager for Apache Energy in Australia. Previously Operations Manager/Asset Manager for Ampolex through the expansion of Wandoo A and Engineering and Design and Development of Wandoo B. Was a drilling manager for Santos/Delhi in onshore Cooper Basin followed by supervising engineer-drilling for Esso's Base Strait Bream development and workover production enhancement program followed by operations manager for WMC's Carnavon Basin and New Zealand operated assets.
