was sold for $40 million. From 2000 to 2003, Curtis was the VP Finance
& CFO with NAL Oil & Gas Trust.

on ChevronTexaco's Western Canada producing properties where he
became Manager of Production Optimization, responsible for production
optimization, capital allocation, business planning, project management,
expense budgeting and resource management.

of natural gas and 22,000 bbls/d of crude oil and liquids.

reservoir, production and operations engineering at PanCanadian
Petroleum Limited and was in-country Operations Manager in Gabon
for PanAfrican Energy. Daniel has been with Vermilion’s French
organization for 7 years and held the Operations and Engineering
Manager position prior to becoming in-country Managing Director.
Effective March 1, 2008, Daniel returns to Canada and will hold
the position of Director Production and Operations.
