Some of our non-core undeveloped and many of our expiring
lands are open to Offers to Purchase and Farmin Proposals.
Greater consideration will be given to Well Commitments and
Farmouts although Swaps and/or Cash Offers will be evaluated.
All offers and proposals are subject to negotiation and approval
by Vermilion's Senior Management and all such agreements will
be evidenced by formal documentation to be entered into with
Vermilion. Companies may inquire as to seismic data availability.
Confidentiality agreements may be applicable on some prospects.
